Event Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Arrival & Setup: 11:00 AM
Location: The Gathering Place – Fellowship Hall
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at The Gathering Place's Holiday Bazaar! We are excited to create an opportunity for our church family and community to shop, support local businesses, and connect during the holiday season.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendor Registration Fee
All vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your registration and payment have been submitted, your vendor space is reserved specifically for you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another business or individual.
Vendor Setup
Vendors are required to arrive at the church by 11:00 AM on Sunday, November 22, to complete setup in the Fellowship Hall prior to service.
The Gathering Place will provide each vendor with a table and black tablecloth. Vendors are responsible for all other materials needed for their display, including signage, décor, product displays, payment equipment, extension cords if needed, and any other supplies necessary to operate their vendor space.
Each vendor is fully responsible for the setup and breakdown of their own vendor area.
Fellowship Hall Access
Once vendor setup is complete and service begins, the Fellowship Hall will be locked and inaccessible. Vendors should ensure their setup is complete and that they have removed any personal items they may need during service before leaving the Fellowship Hall.
The Fellowship Hall will reopen to vendors at approximately 2:30 PM, allowing vendors time to return to their spaces, make final preparations, and be ready to serve attendees when the Holiday Bazaar begins at 3:00 PM.
Event Hours & Breakdown
The Holiday Bazaar will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event and should not begin breaking down their spaces before the event concludes unless otherwise directed by event leadership.
At the conclusion of the Bazaar, vendors are responsible for completely breaking down their space, removing all merchandise, displays, décor, boxes, and trash, and leaving their area clean.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, personal belongings, sales transactions, and payment processing. The Gathering Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged merchandise or personal property.
By completing vendor registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Vendor Registration Agreement.
We look forward to having you join us for the 2026 Holiday Bazaar and creating a wonderful shopping experience for our church family and community!
